Position: Assistant Manager- Financial planning and analysis

This role is part of our financial planning & Analytics team which is responsible for insights & business/finance analytics for the Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. The role will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and communicating financial and operational data to drive key business decisions and efficiency in growing the sales team. The successful candidate shall be working closely with our Global FP&A team.

Working closely with GTM Operations, Broder Finance team to target the right pain point, gain business context, unearth problems, and create data backed programs to positively impact business performance.

• Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear financial analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc).
• Support the Sales function with financials and key business metrics, including sales efficiency, sales productivity, pricing and discounting, sales pipeline, headcount ratios etc.
• Build detailed, scenario based, financial models to track and analyze investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives and their impact on the company's overall performance; communicate key messages to senior management.
• Develop business modelling, operational and financial processes, partnering closely with the business systems team, to identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency.
• Lead initiatives related to QBRs and Annual Business Planning for the different GTM functions/GEOs.
• Understand detailed data and create a cohesive story based on key performance drivers to communicate to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive the team to build a scalable and efficient process for ad-hoc analysis requests from field users and management.
• Present complex information and data in an easy-to-understand way to drive action.
• Drive efficiencies in all FP&A key processes and forecast accuracy improvement.
• Collaborates with leadership on key issues related to establishing effective financial strategies, planning, and reporting for the business.
• Coach & guide the analysts in their projects and build & execute a career development plan for the team.

Qualifications/Your Background

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field.
• 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry, preferably in SaaS/Technology field.
• Proficient with salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari and/or other comparable software systems.
• Knowledge of Tableau and SQL or other comparable visualization tool.
• Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with various teams.
• Self-starter and results oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of performing with a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process.
