- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support the Finance Manager in managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that they are up to date and complete
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments, to provide financial support and advice
- Manage cash flow and ensure that financial resources are used effectively
- Assist in managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Assist in managing the annual audit and tax filings
- Develop and deliver financial training programs to internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
