KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the overall administration of key compensation cycles (salary increase, short-term and long-term incentive programs), working closely with the overall compensation team to ensure accurate data as well as assist with managing planning and communications to employees
- Manage the set-up, delivery, and support of the Company’s online integrated compensation planning tool.
- Responsible for data coordination, management, auditing and reporting for compensation team including day to day data management as well as salary survey participation
- Perform headcount & cost budgeting and cause of change analysis for financial planning and forecasting from long-terms to short-terms (LTI, AOP, Monthly Forecast, Actual reporting)
- Provides support with data and analytics to respective stakeholders.
- Work with global partners / compensation teams on all data asks.
- Support on all Benefits Management (communication, program management, claims management)
- Close partnership with TA, GHRO and HRBPS for smooth execution of compensation operations
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
- Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge, Workday and any Analytical tool experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Strong aptitude for research, analysis and data organization and management
- Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple assignments
- Ability to work in a flexible, often ambiguous environment
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Post Graduate/Graduate in HR, A minimum of 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 complete year in a functional capacity. Experience of working in high growth, disruptive industries
