AddressJD: Lead project from conception to completion, ensuring effective management of timelines, resources, quality and budget. Oversee the selection, contract negotiation and performance management of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams across different departments to ensure cohesive project process and communication. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and compliant with Industry standards and company policies, and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction management, Business administration or related fields. A Master’s degree or PMP Certification is a plus. Min 10 years professional experience.
