Mandatory requirementsAt least 1 year experience as Assistant Banquets Manager for managing destination wedding food & and beverage planning and operations.At least 1 year experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a 4-star resort.Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management.Successful track record as an Assistant Food and beverage manager. Role (brief)Assist in managing all F&B operations at all our Mahabaleshwar resorts including A la Carte, Buffet, Room Service, Conference Banquets and Destination Weddings.Assist in planning menus with clients and chefs for weddings up to 2 to 3 nights stay at our resorts.Assist in evaluating, recruiting and training our company's F&B production and service staff as required.Assist in performing internal audits to ensure all government regulations and company policies are being followed in all restaurants, venues and stores.Assist in setting SOPs for restaurants, kitchens and stores following company policies and ensuring they are being implemented.Assist in completing F&B planning and execution for back-to-back weddings.Assist in reporting to GMs and Managing Director or assigned personnel.Complete all the above duties in the absence of the F&B Manager.Note: All our properties serve vegetarian food only.
