Sales Activity
- Lead daily sales Activity of Modern retail chains, E Com Channels, and other key accounts, ensure timely purchase orders.
- Handle all formalities related to product listing/placement and negotiations.
- Track Performance of new product / Launch s / Other sales Promotions (Post & Post)
- Review non-performing SKU s and initiate corrective action.
- Market mapping for Store roll outs
- Monitor competition activity with timely submission of reports on pricing, promotion, launch s
- Forecast sales locations as per the seasonality & sales budgets.
- Team review on daily / weekly/ monthly basis.
- Track actual sales vs budgets on weekly/ monthly/ yearly timelines.
Process Management
- Ensure in time supplies of purchase orders.
- Monitor fill rate against the purchase for all Modern retail chains.
- Plan/ Run promotional offers from time to time to push sales / liquidate inventories.
- Track the proper execution of promotions at Account level.
- Managing TOT s and commercial part. Settlement of scheme payouts and ensure account receivables on time as specified in TOT.
- Ensure FIFO of the products / categories.
- Ensure Customer Service, RTV policies and internal checks and controls.
- Ensure Inventory Planning and stocking strategies at all branches/ Godown s
- MOQ to be defined and agreed with channel / Store.
Account Receivable Management for MT & E Com Channel Partners
- Ensure collection of payments as per TOT agreement.
- Timely validation of Credit & Debit notes for all the Accounts and ensure payment advice to be received in time.
- Track spend vs budgets for promotions related activities.
- Ensure reconciliation of Accounts at quarterly with no due declaration from either party.
General Management
- Undertake marketing initiatives from time to time to promote Dodla products.
- Develop distribution model with the support of GT.
- Logistic management, optimum utilisation of fleet.
- Recruitment of retail teams and defining their KRA s and KPI s.
- Relationship Management for all key stake holders both internal and external (Plant teams & Channel Partners).
- Build relations with Buyers & operators for smooth business operations.
Any Degree(preferred MBA)
