Position description:
To faciliate training programs by developing relevant modules like PPT / VBT / E - Module
To develop Training Handout contents by co-ordinating with R&D and QAD
To Plan and execute the Expert Technician Evaluation Programs
To Plan and execute the Works Managers Training according to the requirement
To Plan and execute Skill Contest Programme
To plan and facilitate vocational Training Tie-ups
Primary Responsibilities:
- 1.To Conduct the Expert Evaluation of the respective zone assigned
- 2. To conduct training on "Workshop management" for workshop managers/workshop in charges.
- 3. To conduct training to mid-carrier service staffs on Training / Process / Deliverables
- 4. To organize training to service advisors on "Soft skill training" by external faculties.
- 5.To organize & coordinate in preparation of product training modules, expert training modules.
- 6.To conduct Area PTCs Standard / Process Audit and Improve the standards by arranging requirements for training i.e., vehicles, tools, equipments and necessary infrastructure.
- 7.To organize & Coordinate for preparation for training Handouts
- 8.To develop new training aids for effective training by developing VBT /E module
- 9.To organize train the trainers programs on new products.
- 10.To co-ordinate monthly training reports for ECM & budget requirments.
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma
- Degree: Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Diploma
Required work experience
- Years of experience: 10 to 15
