The ideal candidate for the Area Colleague Experience Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position's responsibilities include and will focus on, but is not limited to recruitment and retention, colleague engagement, and training/development. This position will report to the Complex Director of Human Resources. The Area Colleague Experience Manager's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the hotels' safety programs and community outreach. This role will also be responsible for partnering with and supporting other hotel departments to achieve hotel goals.

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 2 or more years of Human Resources and/or Hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel to both work locations
- Previous experience with HR Systems such as Kronos, Taleo, ADP/Enterprise, etc.
- Previous experience interviewing
