Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Guwahati, Assam, India
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure attainment of sales goals
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote our products and maximize sales opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns
