Manager Content Management Systems
Job Position Summary:
The CMS resource will be responsible for designing our website and app user interface, as well as updating and ensuring accurate content is available on our website using our Content Management System.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the content of the website/app, including text, images, and multimedia assets, using a Content Management System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to ensure website/app content and design align with overall business objectives and user needs.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance website/app usability and user engagement using website metrics and agency data.
- Design best in class website and app interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to web/app design, user experience, and Content Management.
Desired Qualification / certifications: Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
Preferred relevant work experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing websites and app via Content Management Systems
- Experience in e-commerce website/app design using Figma
- Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, AEM, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Experience with Storyblok CMS would be a plus
Skills and knowledge - Proficient in UX/UI design tools - Figma.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS desired.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and A/B testing.
- Ability to understand website metrics on Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with Accessibility Principles
