Responsibilities
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals• Formulate annual budgets for Sales, Expenses, Capex, and Working Capital• Coordinate timely and accurate preparation of Monthly Management reports• Monitor banking relationships and ensure efficient fund utilization• Formulate Standard Cost and drive cost management initiatives• Oversee all legal compliance and taxation matters• Establish and maintain robust internal controls• Prepare Financial Statements for audits• Lead and develop the finance team• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements
• Qualified CA / ICWA with 10 years of post qualification experience preferred• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an Export Oriented Unit• Thorough understanding of international finance, taxation, and regulations• Strong experience in Indirect Taxes, Direct Taxes, FEMA, FTP• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
