Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Nagpur. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's network of agents and brokers. They will also be responsible for driving sales by building strong relationships with partners, maintaining customer satisfaction, conducting market research, and providing insights into potential product improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales and business development, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, agents, and customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and to manage and motivate a team of agents and brokers
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities for growth
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Fluent in regional languages, in addition to English
