- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the development and management of the affiliate marketing budget.
- Ensure affiliates adhere to program terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain clear program policies, communicating updates to affiliates as needed.
- Generate regular reports to communicate affiliate program performance to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in affiliate marketing, showcasing a successful track record of managing and growing affiliate programs over 6+ years.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tools.
