4. Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop recruitment plans and strategies to meet enrollment targets for assigned territories.
• Analyze demographic data and market trends to identify potential areas for student recruitment.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with prospective students.
• Implement various marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and off-campus events, to attract and convert leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree would be an added advantage.
