- Engage with the local community through events.
- Facilitate internal communication strategies.
- Handle crisis communication and act as a spokesperson.
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image.
- Attend the walk-in Clients and resolve their queries.
- Attend Meetings or Seminars as assigned.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties
