Job Description
- Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and Students Placed for USA as a destination.
- Ensure timely preparation and execution of activity calendars aligned with target dates.
- Prioritise destination client satisfaction ratings and maintain certified counsellor numbers.
- Successfully implement global priorities, including 100% C4C adoption across all counsellors.
- Foster a dynamic, inclusive workplace by developing a strong Counselling and Sales team, recognizing and celebrating innovation, success, and achievement, and proactively addressing issues with timely escalation and feedback to the Supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Possess industry knowledge, preferably with experience in student placement.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing business plans, budgets, and monitoring progress.
- Showcase over 2 years of proven leadership in motivating teams for tangible outcomes.
- Have 4-6 years of counselling experience, preferably in the education sector, along with strong problem resolution skills.
- Should have worked for USA as a geography.
