Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Durgapur. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, answering and directing phone calls, managing calendars and appointments, ensuring effective communication between departments, and handling clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical skills such as data entry and filing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
