What You'll be Doing
• Coordinating Administrative activities like general admin, upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements
• Stationary Management – Maintaining stock levels & tracking usage
• Printing needs – Coordinating with vendors on printing of flex, banners, flyers, brochures, business cards etc.
• Manage other office activities & supplies like vending machines, beverages, maintaining stock levels, tracking usage etc.
• Support in disaster/Crisis management
• Coordinating with Facilities teams for routine tasks
