Job description

We are a family-owned, rapidly growing homegrown online skincare brand, dedicated to crafting high-quality and natural products with a focus on soaps We're seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join as an administrative executive, playing a crucial role in ensuring our smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. E-commerce platform management: Maintain and update product listings on our online store (Shopify), manage website content and ensure accuracy of information, monitor website traffic and abandoned checkouts
2. Order processing: Efficiently process and manage customer orders, pack and ship orders accurately and promptly, be a point of contact for our delivery partner to ensure smooth delivery, and resolve any issues around shipmentand delivery
3. Inventory management and record keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records and track product expiry dates, maintain raw materials stock inventory, maintain accurate records of batch production including ingredients and processes
4. Miscellaneous: Support manufacturing process as and when required
