Job description

Overall Center Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the center.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and lead the center staff, including receptionists, security personnel, housekeeping, and other support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to students, parents, and visitors.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.

Facility Management:

  • Maintain and manage the physical infrastructure of the center, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and repairs.

Security and Safety:

  • Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of students, staff, and assets.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective services.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, inventory management, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee the scheduling of classes and events within the center.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of the center's budget.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.

Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the center and the corporate office.
  • Communicate center updates and policies to staff.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training to new employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities fo staff.

Reporting:

  • Generate reports on center performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Submit regular updates to higher management.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and educational standards.
