Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design client-specific product solutions.
- Oversee complete proposal development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
- Assist sales with client requirement understanding and technical support.
- Offer technical guidance on product specs and compatibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Align client needs with internal product development and marketing.
- Lead product demonstrations for Kapture's solutions.
- Contribute to compelling proposal creation.
- Respond promptly to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
- Maintain motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
- Work effectively independently and in team settings.
