- Provide detailed diagnostic evaluation to isolate system issues; implement remedial solutions for Active Directory and Data Center issues.
- Regularly coordinate with the first-level support team, escalating unresolved issues for prompt resolution, while also training them on issue prevention measures.
Active Directory Management:
- Manage and optimize organizational units and Active Directory objects.
- Manage user and computer accounts, permissions, email addresses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues, such as replication problems, authentication issues, or DNS anomalies.
IT Systems Cleanup & Maintenance:
- Implement efficient cleanup routines for Active Directory and other IT tools, ensuring system optimization and data integrity.
- Perform regular system checks, anticipating issues and preemptively addressing them to maintain optimal system performance.
Technical Documentation & Process Mapping:
- Oversee and maintain comprehensive records in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and LEAN IX, ensuring information accuracy.
- Develop and update process maps, flowcharts, and procedural documents to facilitate understanding and troubleshooting of complex technical processes.
Scripting & Automation:
- Develop and implement Powershell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, thereby improving system efficiency and team productivity.
- Keep abreast of the latest automation trends and suggest improvements to existing automation processes.
