Job Description
- Maintain accurate records of customer payment history and Sales Register.
- Liaise with sales teams to resolve customer payment issues and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Prepare reconciliation statements and settlement statements of different aggregators.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports to management / appropriate sales team members.
- Recommend systems and process improvements/ automation.
- Provide support to the finance team as required.
- Provide management with frequent, detailed status updates of payment trends, payment methods etc.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Must have the ability to analyse and solve problems, prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to handle various job assignments.
- Candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational, verbal, and written skills.
- Candidates must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Awareness of GST, Income Tax & basic accounting concepts.
- Awareness of statutory regulations relating to Receivables
