Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies for Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
Verify and update patient insurance information to ensure accurate billing.
Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and discrepancies.
Document all communication and actions taken in the billing software.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for claims resolution.
Meet daily and monthly targets for claim resolution and revenue collection.
Stay updated on insurance regulations and billing guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in AR calling
Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging conversations.
Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT, and ICD codes.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
