Accounts Internship In Gurgaon At Okaygo

We at OkayGO are looking for an energetic and sharp team player for the position of Accounts Intern.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Invoicing
a. Track, review, approve, and issue invoices
b. Prepare account statements for workers
2. Payment
a. Ensure and track timely follow-ups on the payments
b. Ensure payment receipts are sent in a timely manner
3. Financial Reporting
a. Work closely with the operations team to create validation and working sheets for the monthly billing
b. Maintain and track receivables and invoicing data and share monthly and weekly reports within the organization
Necessary requirement: Knowledge of accounting databases and recordkeeping
Basic requirements:
1. Solid knowledge of MS Office
2. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
