Responsibilities
• Assist in Financial Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into our systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.• Support Accounts Payable and Receivable: Work closely with the finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.• Bank Reconciliation: Assist in bank reconciliation activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.• Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries for review by the finance team.• Assist in Audit Preparation: Prepare supporting documentation and assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.• Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Undertake various financial tasks and projects as assigned by the finance team.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Completed Graduation.• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts.• Availability: Full-time internship.• Availability: Can start the internship immediately.• Duration: Available for 6 months.• Relevant Skills and Interests: Have relevant skills and interests.
