Position: Accounts Executive/ Accountant

Location: Visakhapatnam

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.

• Process incoming payments and outgoing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.

• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update relevant databases.

• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and accounts payable status.

• Assist with monthend closing activities including preparing journal entries and reconciliations.

• Handle inquiries from vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.

• Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.

• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
