Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Accounting and financial management: Handle daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure timely follow-ups and reconciliations are performed to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
2. Payments and receivables: Manage and process all payments, track and report receivables, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented
3. Order management: Assist in order management processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and addressing any order-related queries from customers or vendors
4. Vendor coordination: Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts and agreements, and ensure all terms are met. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate terms when necessary
5. Financial reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management review. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with CA and accounts
6. Compliance and best practices: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies. Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them as appropriate
