AddressThe ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and follow-up for timesheets and approvals on a day-to-day basis.
- Help record and reconcile AR/AP Data for monthly books closing.
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Help verify cost calculations for accuracy.
- Maintain orderly accounting and filing system for compliance.
- Closely monitor attendance to maintain proper leave records to help prepare the payroll data accurately.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding by collecting and verifying documents required for FnF payment processing.
- Coordinate with CA & CS as required to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations by the local, state, and federal governments.
Qualifications
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Provide administrative, accounting, and clerical support to Seniors, and Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and grow.
- Maintains and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
