Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, cash flow statements, and income statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and suggesting improvements
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Handle tax planning and preparation
- Provide support during audits or financial inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
