Location: Dr Realtor, 2nd floor, Chandra Tower, GMS Road, Sewla Kalan Chowk, Near Alka Dairy
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,500 per month
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Accountant with postgraduate qualifications and proficiency in accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining integrity and ethical standards in financial management.
