AddressRole Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Greenday- Kisan Ki Dukan in Lucknow. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Other tasks include resolving customer complaints, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and requirements
- Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
