Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or counselling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with students
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• Highly motivated and result-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess students' educational needs and help them choose the right program
• Offer personalized counselling and advice on study options
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract more students
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions and agencies
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,655.74 - ₹25,797.37 per month
