The 3D generalists will produce human figure animations for a web-based platform. Experience with Poser3D a plus. Portfolios featuring animated character work required for consideration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Model and/or texture realistic people of diverse ages, races, and body types
- Rig models for animation
- Animate realistic human gestures and movements expressively
- Export animations to specifications (rasterized 3D as well as real-time)
- Collaborate with other animators, project leads, and clients
- Communicate immediately when issues arise, actively help to remove inefficiencies and blockers
- Understand feedback from content experts, art directors, and clients and implement changes quickly
- Model and/or texture realistic people of diverse ages, races, and body types

- Ensuring tracking statuses are up to date as items are completed and handed off
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
- 30-day notification period preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in 3D Art, Animation, or comparable experience.
- 3 years of progressive experience working with Linux and Windows environments
- English fluency
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience rigging and animating realistic human movements
- Ability to model different age groups (including infants) as well as different races, body types, and gender identities
- Able to follow a collaborative workflow
- Familiarity with up-to-date softwares and techniques
- Ability to work on a schedule
- Expert proficiency with 3Ds Max, Zbrush, AfterEffects, VRay and Arnold. Animate and Poser3D major plus
