Job Objective: The objective of this role is to enrich Naukri’s job database by acquiring job postings from paid / existing clients resulting in better traffic on the portal. The role shall also be responsible for customer engagement and assistance to ensure successful job postings on naukri.com.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and HR professionals.
- Understand client needs, concerns, and expectations to provide effective solutions.
- Persuade clients to share their open positions with our platform.
- Highlight the value proposition of using our services for efficient recruitment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed job descriptions and requirements.
- Ensure accurate and compelling job postings on the Naukri platform.
- Monitor and update job listings as needed to optimize visibility and response rates.
- Provide timely and relevant feedback to clients on candidate applications.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about the status of their job postings and candidate responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations, business development, or recruitment coordination.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Naukri or other similar job platforms is a plus.
