Form of work We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a client servicing and social media representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and leveraging social media platforms to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product information, resolving issues, and offering solutions
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Develop strategies to effectively promote our products and services on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Create engaging and informative content to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries. comments, or complaints, responding promptly with accurate information or appropriate solutions
Analyze social media data and metrics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, using this information to guide decision-making and improve marketing campaigns
