Job Description
- Meet and escort all VIP patients in OPD
- Being a single point of contact for all the VIP patients in the OPD
- Coordinating for their health checkup and investigations
- Ensuring maximum patient satisfaction with regards to services availed
- Share the details of the issues/updates pertaining to the patients in the morning meeting
- Ensure to log feedbacks/concerns/ issues of all assigned patients in the system.
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders / HODs of various departments such as Nursing, Medical Admin, support services for resolution of issues raised by the patients and ensure timely closure of the same.
- Coordinate Diagnostic Tests, OPD procedures and admission
- Target is 100% Compliance.
- Computer Literacy, with expertise in Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of other statistical software tools.
- Analytical bent of mind.
- Quality Management in Healthcare.
- Thorough knowledge of Healthcare
- In Depth knowledge of Medical Delivery Systems and Patient care.
