In this role, you will propose and implement solutions to address problems and epics from our continuous improvement backlog. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of ServiceNow modules, including HR Service Delivery, Employee Center Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, Workplace Service Delivery, AppEngine, and Performance Analytics. We are particularly interested in candidates who have specialized expertise in specific modules and can provide examples of their achievements in those areas.
As a valued member of our global development team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Effective communication skills are vital for success in this role, as you will be interacting with product owners, architects, and stakeholders from different parts of the world. Fluency in English at a native level is a must. Your role will be crucial in gathering requirements, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical team members, and facilitating successful collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating relevant documentation and developing automated test cases.
