C05 - Supervisor, Accounting Services (Team Leader)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Month close procedures (Amortisation of prepaid expenses, preparation and booking of Journal Vouchers etc)
- Intercompany accounting
- Depreciation/ fixed asset activities
- Cash flow/Fund flow/ forecasting
- Bank Reconciliation/Intercompany reconciliation/BS reconciliation
- Experience in identifying and eliminating non value added activities
- Develop and modify SOP
- Identifying project improvements
- Meet SLA/KPI
- Handle a team of 10 members
Desired Candidate Profile for C05:
- Commerce graduate with minimum 7 years' experience in R2R (GL/Treasury/Intercompany/Fixed Assets)
- Experience in setting up validation check list for all process and ensure to review on a continuous basis for completeness and accuracy
- Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Expertise in SAP
- Good understanding of GAAP
- Strong domain expertise, analytical skill and logical reasoning with good leadership capabilities with the ability to handle pressure in working environment of strict deadline.
- Should be able to identify and implement continuous improvement project
- Very good Verbal and Written English Skills
- Willing to work on different time zones depending on business requirements
- Experience in handling a team of 5 members
C04 - Accounting Services Associate IV (Senior Analyst)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform month end close procedures
- Intercompany accounting - reconciliations, preparation of payment proposals, netting file preparation etc
- Oversee the settlement process of intercompany globally
- SME for Intercompany accounting
- Assist team leader in verifying daily production trackers
- Support in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for accounting function
- Identifying and eliminating non value added activities, participate in projects, support the implementation of findings and sustainability of achievements
- Develop and modify SOP, prepare process documentation
- Meet SLA/KPI
- Guide a group of 5 members
Desired Candidate Profile for C04:
- Commerce graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years' experience in finance and accounts
- Experience in P2P/O2C would be an added advantage
- Experience in setting up validation check list for all process and ensure to review on a continuous basis for completeness and accuracy
- Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Expertise in SAP, minimum two years' experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong domain expertise, analytical skill and logical reasoning with good leadership capabilities with the ability to handle pressure in working environment of strict deadline.
- Should be able to identify and implement continuous improvement project
- Very good Verbal and Written English Skills
C03 - Accounting Services Associate III (Analyst)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile inter/intra company balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution of underlying transactions or issues
- Assist with intercompany netting process, preparation of netting file, payment proposal, AR chasing etc
- Day to day operations in assigned area
- Provide replies to any ad-hoc requests received from business
- Adherence to financial policies, controls and accounting principles
- Continuous process improvement - add value to process
- Maintain an updated and approved process documentation
- Meet SLA/KPI
Desired Candidate Profile for C03:
- Commerce graduate with minimum 4 to 6 years' experience in Finance accounts
- Experience in preparation of process documentation/process flows
- Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Expertise in SAP, preferably should have worked for 2 years
- Strong domain expertise, analytical skill and logical reasoning with the ability to handle pressure in working environment of strict deadline.
- Have some process improvement to credit
- Very good Verbal and Written English Skills
