- Responsible for Sales Targets for the assigned locations & retail network expansion.
- As Sales Officer, you are responsible to accomplish the secondary (retail) sales targets given to you. You also expand MS Life’s presence and penetration in the market though effective coverage and conversion of retailers in the assigned set of districts
- You also support the promotional activities planned for your assigned districts.
- Adhere to assigned PJPS and submit daily reports.
- Identify suitable retailers to coverage of assigned districts.
- Handle dealer counter sale and effectively convert customers.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of product knowledge.
- Be fully aware of sales process and follow the same.
- Handle customer complaints towards a satisfactory resolution.
- Implementing sales promotions by liaising with sales executives.
- Ensure appropriate display of promotional material at POPs/POSs.
- Maintain a database of current and prospective customers
