What you’ll be doing:
Function
- Ensure all administration procedures and processes are adhered to in line with recruitment policies.
- Action requests within agreed KPIs to support an efficient real-time recruitment process.
- To relieve the on-site recruiters of as much administration as possible and initiate improvements in systems and processes
Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment coordination process and work closely with the on-site recruitment teams in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination the recruitment process is fully always covered and under control. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensure all interviews are logged in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment system and may be required to support interview scheduling for the recruitment team
- Ensure correct data is input and maintained in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment system on a day-to-day basis and through regular auditing and archiving
- Progressing applicants through the system to support the recruitment team including dispositioning unsuccessful candidates.
- Maintaining the interview scheduling tracker
- Support with query management including through the HR Service Now case management portal.
- Support with ad hoc projects or assistance when required.

- Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow and enforce processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external teams.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task: executing requests, investigating queries, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a team or as an individual to manage own workload confidently.
Hours: 06:30 – 15:00 IST (aligning with the Singapore & Hong Kong time zones)
