Overview
Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking part-time support for a Partner Diligence Coordinator. The Partner Diligence Coordinator will oversee responding to external partner and customer inquiries and Requests for Proposals related to Sustainability, Compliance and Legal topics. The Coordinator will help establish a process for responding to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner, collaborating with cross-functional leaders on the process and responses.

The work is scoped in two phases:
Phase 1: ramp up and establish process
Time: 60-80 hours
Requirements: 1) Establish process for responding to outside inquiries including developing a stakeholder and workflow map, 2) create approved response database, 3) align all stakeholders to new process and expectations.
Phase 2: oversee inquiry response process
Time: 5-10 hours per week
Requirements: 1) Oversee all inbound inquiries, 2) provide approved responses and/ or delegate to stakeholders, 3) manage relevant approvals including compliance documentation, 4) manage process to allot adequate time for all stakeholders and respond to the inquiry on time.
What you’ll do
· Develop and oversee inbound customer and partner response process related to inquiries about Sustainability, Legal, Compliance and other departments.
· Create and implement a workflow that engages the appropriate Blue Yonder associates to respond to inquiries.
· Organize and maintain a database of approved responses.
· Provide responses to inbound inquiries in a timely manner from approved response database or designated associates.
· Coordinate signatures, documentation and approvals when necessary.
· Oversee a timely process managing internal teams and customer or partner timelines.

No prior experience necessary. The Coordinator will be organized, a clear communicator, and detail and process-oriented.
