• Overseeing facility budgets• Reviewing vendor invoices• Coordinating with essential facility personnel• Supervising monthly bill submissions• Ensuring timely reimbursements to subcontractors• Overseeing quarterly purchase orders• Liaising with cost centers to handle cost recoveries effectively• Generating and submitting accurate and timely reports, analyses, and business cases• Managing vendor contracts• Ensuring compliance with all client-related legalities
Requirements
• Robust background in finance• Degree in commerce and finance preferred• Minimum of 6 years' experience in business finance management• MBA or chartered accountant-Inter certification considered advantageous• Leadership qualities• Ability to foster positive relationships across all levels• Influencing and cultivating a cooperative environment• Location: On-site - Bengaluru, KA
