Experience required/preferred · Extensive previous experience in Compliance or Compliance related field (4-5years), · Experience in project management is highly desirable · Experience across divisions and functions in Novartis a clear plus · Experience in managing policies in the Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge · Ability to think in abstract terms in order to assess and to solve new and difficult questions · Be able to manage and navigate through uncertainties · Experience balancing competing needs to global standards with local cultures.
