Key Account Manager- Pension
A leading financial service provider looking for passionate individuals with in-depth exposure in the Life Insurance vertical for Territory Manager role. 1) Job Purpose: Write the purpose for which the job exists To manage the POP vertical of ABSPML independently and maximise the number of Corporates onboarded and employees to be onboarded and make the POP business profitable. 2) Job Context & Major Challenges Job Context: :The POP (Point of Presence) business licence was obtained by ABPML in Feb 19. The license allows it to market and distribute NPS products. Job Challenges: As the lastest entrant into NPS, we will obviously have challenges to build market share as the other incumbents, Pension Fund Manager (PFM) and POPs are into business since around 5 to 10 years. The change in NPS architecture allowing PFMs to set up in house POPs is very recent and there would be regulatory challenges we would be addressing in the initial stages. Principal Accountabilities 1.Setting up Corporate NPS (National Pension System) business for the region 2.Engaging with CHRO / CFO / Treasury Head / Compensation Head / Decision makers of various companies - to familiarize them on NPS 3. Tie up for Corporate NPS for their employees and facilitate them with end to end support in implementing Corporate NPS. 4. Onboarding employees of corporate as subscriber of NPS 5. On board the company on to Corporate NPS 6. Aligning with internal and external stakeholders (channels / marketing team etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of the Scheme in the Corporates 7. Tracking and assisting the HR and payroll of the corporate for monthly contribution processing . 8.
