OB DESCRIPTION Industry: The Business Development Executive is responsible for assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our target market, planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness. Services offered like, Web Application Development, Web Designing, Digital Marketing Promotion, SEO, Logo Designing Experience Required: 2+ Years in Relevant Field Work Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, IN Remuneration: As per industry standards. Priority: Immediate Joiner Job Overview: This individual will be a hands-on contributor to the sales process as well as being responsible for defining and executing strategies to energize the company's revenue growth. This will include but is not limited to developing revenue programs as well as optimizing integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, and revenue management. We are looking for a professional who has both successfully managed mid-size cross-functional teams and been a direct contributor to the sales process. Responsibilities: As an Business Development Executive Professional, you'll need to: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone. Perform effective online demos to prospects as and when required. Close sales and achieve revenue objectives. Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them. Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them. Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings. Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers. Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events. Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology. Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale. Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas. Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets. Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades. Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature. Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals. Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues. Requirements: Proven inside sales experience. Experience in closing cross border deals. Qualified candidates must have a proven track record exceeding quota and sales revenue goals. This Individual will be responsible for sales, revenue generation, and Business Development activities across our lines of business, with a focus on growing our Web and Mobile App development client base. Successful candidates must have a track record of success with sales growth for IT solutions firms. Strong listening and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience in B2B based IT /Web and Mobile Development solutions products. Skills / Experience: Prior sales experience required in IT Solutions & Services. Candidates must have command in spoken English with good presentation skills. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual online marketing sales quotas. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales. Managing the entire sales cycle (Lead Generation, Pitch, Customer Acquisition, Account. Management/Post Sales Services, etc.) for the relevant technology services and marketing solution. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities demonstrated time management skills. Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA
