Job Role:
- Create a world class NR liability book for to take care of the funding requirements
- Responsible for building and growing the NR business portfolio in their respective location.
- Responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers and Location Managers
- Meeting monthly acquisition target for liability sales for the respective branches
- Handling NR clients for service needs in India.
- Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Creating and maintaining hype and enthusiasm among all branch employees to generate and convert customer/referral leads.
- Forging alliances with partners like consultants, branch team etc. for acquisitions;
- Managing Service issues, attrition control and escalations pertaining to NR customers in their location
- Facilitating and guiding Branch and Sales teams ( corporate salary team wherever there is NR potential) on NRI acquisitions and sourcing
- Managing the team of RMs and responsible for overall AUM of the NR portfolio of the region
- Managing customer communication, branding activities, sales related campaigns pertaining to NR business to enhance revenues
Job Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of work experience for MBAs and 8- 10 years for Non MBAs.
- Experience in handling large teams.
- Should possess knowledge across Banking, Investments and the Asset products.
- Desired personality traits: High energy levels, Strong Sales Orientation, Driven by numbers, Good People Management skills
