Qualification & Experience: The candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Automotive / Manufacturing/Computer Science/Software /IT) with 0 to 1 year of PQE in IP.
Job Description:
- Duties and responsibilities
- Understanding and identification of novelty in invention disclosures.
- Conducting patentability, invalidity, Freedom-to-operate, state-of-the-art searches for identifying relevant publications (patent and non-patent literature), or products or standards, related to the invention disclosure.
- Rating/ranking of patents based on similarities and/or differences identified with the relevant publications, products and/or standards.
- Preparation of claim charts with respect to multiple patents and publications.
- Reviewing and mentoring work products of other team members and handling client communication.
