Essential Requirements • M.Sc./M.Pharm/ PhD/ Doctoral Degree or Qualification in Medical Sciences (MBBS/MD/equivalent. • 10 + years experience in the function (Medical Communications, HEOR or Statistics)with proven leadership (people management, project management). Desirable Requirements: • Demonstrated presentation and diplomacy skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong customer-oriented mindset. Ability to resolve issues with minimal direction and understand when to escalate. Willingness to act accountably in project/study management. • Proven track record to work independently in a sophisticated matrix including leading cross-functional team.
