- Proficient in Agile Development, with a preference for experience in SaMD (Software as a Medical Device).
- Technology-focused and adaptable to changing tech environments, with tool-agnostic expertise.
- Deep knowledge of software tools and demonstrated domain expertise in operational management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following development and QA processes to minimise errors.
- Good understanding of software engineering best practices, development methodologies, and exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experienced in monitoring team performance, reporting metrics, and collaborating with architects to implement product vision.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and a commitment to achieving delivery excellence. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field, with 7-8 years of development experience in MS .Net solutions, including native iOS and Android app development.
